So, who of you here play squash ? Further, who can recommend to me the best squash conditioning program you've got, or just a workout ? And what are the toughest 15-20 minute intense fitness workouts ?

I play regularly and have found the insanity @ HIIT workouts in particular have helped improve my stamina.. I've also created some of my own to tone up & build explosive power in the legs such as Tigger Bounce (7min). I've got 5 stages of pain, caged heat & no retreat, no surrender (dodgy titles I know !!!)

Hi luke i regulary play squash. Ive found workouts like the winter style boxing good and cardio extreme good workouts. Also hill rep running is great for building up squash court stamina and lots of plyometric exercise e.g burpees gate jumps etc and most of all playing regular. Great game and not enough recognition given for hoe fit you need to be to play.
