What are some exercises that helps build/tone muscles in your thighs/butt fast ?

I would say squats and lunges.

Along with routine squats nd lunges, try one legged balance tests, one legged squats, nd walking around on your tippy toes as much as possible.

Try Leaner Legs NTC. Its a killer workout but really worth it!

Squats
