6 packs problem!!

Hi umm,I need advice Bicus I have problems with my 6 packs I work on them like 2-4 times a week,I got them but there not marked like they suppose tobe sometimes you can only see them if I pool my skin down lol..,,,,please help me with that problem

Loose the extra fat there that is the problem with 90% of the time.... do you have a Kim man. . I can help you better through there.

I would strongly recommend high intensity interval training. Your body burns fat quicker when you're working it as hard a possible. This can be done in many ways i.e running, circuits, body pump, weights etc. Google it for more info.

Try using a firming lotion.
Like dove firming or so...
The skin needs to be firm to your packs to be seen.
And take proper diet.
Taking junk food or food rich in fat/cholesterol can form a thin layer of fat that will cover your packs.
Ideally ,working out(25%) + proper diet (65%)+ firming skin(10%) is the key to a six pack.

Plus I think ur body might need resting time to recuperate from the exercises, maybe wrkng out every other day.
