How do I gain weight?

Hi, my weight is 54kgs and height 5ft 6inches. I am in 9th grade. I wanna know if my weight is fine for my height to make a muscular and fit body or I need to gain wt. Also tell me how to gain wt.

Lot of starch and beans (no canned beans)

Take slow carbos and protein rich food. e.g. Egg, milk, lean beef etc. Get soft drinks and sugary food out of the way. Whey protein might help after workouts too, but make sure to stick to the limit. Overdosing it doesn't help.

Eat healthy and balanced diet in all your meals.

Take more natural protein based foods instead of the fast and junk foods along with regular weight workouts to gain your weight in muscles.
