Any idea on wat to eat to build mucle right now im eating loads of rice beans and potato eggs lots of veggies i do an hour of cardio and an hour of resistance bands

Sounds like you are eating too much carbs and not enough protein. You need to lift some weights miss :-)

eat lots of albumin(egg white) n continue wid potato , soyabean olso helps .....gud luck

Do less cardio and stop using those resistance bands. Go fore weights and go Heavy (fáil at 8-12reps fore mass and 4-6 fore  power) if your new go fore full body 3 times a week :)

Eat 30% protein 40% carbs and 30% good fats.

lean meats like fish, turkey and chicken (not fried). its ok to eat meat but not alot.. once a week.
