What is the best way to get a 6 pack. I was thinking of doing 20 press ups 30 sit ups and 10 mins of planks

If am honest I have been trying to get a six pack for a while and the best way in which I have seen a difference to my abs is when I change my workouts up instead if doing the same workouts everyday mix it up that way your body will constinally be challenged instead of getting use to the same workout to the point where it makes no difference :') 
So I would do a mixture of crunches, flutter kicks, Russian twists, legs lifts ect and for your lower abs lunges are good too hope this helped :)

Completely agree with this! Do that every other day (your abs need a day of rest to heal) and mow down extra protein!
