P90x: Ab Ripper X highly recommend. Builds your abs all around and in this you will find workouts for obliques and also lower abs

Side Plank Dips are another good exercise for obliques. They look easy as hell but for some reason I find they burn way more than Oblique Cruches and Oblique V-ups. There's a workout called 300 Abs that has that move in it. Hope that helps too bro

Side plank dips are great! They will be burning quick! Russian/mason twists are really good to. Another good one is hanging leg lifts with a twist to each side.
