Hi , so monday im starting a new workout of arms mixed with abs and lats , it includes crunches , planks , pull ups (with a bar) , bicep curls , tricep dips , one and two arm tricep extensions , also working my deltoids to , how effective do you think this workout will be? I eat healthy and will be doing it six days a week , (cheat day and rest on sunday)
