Triceps, Abs and Thighs?

I was wondering if anyone here has a good workout schedule or any exercises for working out triceps, abs and thighs? (Mostly inner thighs)

I'm already trying to focus on these areas but it would be nice getting some tips about different workouts/exercises.

there is a air squat challenge i think it is 100 a day that is awesome for thighs, chair dips (20 reps) for tris and my 200 crunches workout!:)) youll b looking tight within a month if u do these every day and eat fairly clean:) good luck
