I'm trying to gain weight as well as tone up
. I'm at 105 now but my ideal weight would be 120lbs. I eat very little, so I'm trying to force myself to eat more. Like when I say I barely eat I'm talking one meal
a day. I don't know why.
I make meals and eat one or two bites.
So far I've been
-doing aerobics & yoga DVD almost daily
-trying to eat more protein, fiber and carbs
-some weight training
