Looking to build muscle

What kinds of workouts/challenges would you guys recommend for all-around muscle building. Also I'm limited to 90min a week for training due to school, thanks for your help!

I made a topic with a full body training plan. If you want overal muscle building i would advice you to follow that.
But 90 mins a week is never gonna be enough

Just a tip. You might already know this but I love sharing my top tips with people and help them to achieve their goal. The best way to build muscle is to do a specific exercise ( example military press) until failure occurs. Make that your set. Don't stick to a specific number of reps. Exercise passed the pain barrier till failure occurs. This is the best way also used by body builders. Keep in mind if the pain is too much then stop.
