Just a tip. You might already know this but I love sharing my top tips with people and help them to achieve their goal. The best way to build muscle is to do a specific exercise ( example military press) until failure occurs. Make that your set. Don't stick to a specific number of reps. Exercise passed the pain barrier till failure occurs. This is the best way also used by body builders. Keep in mind if the pain is too much then stop.
