Feeling tha burn today!
Well i just actually started working out cause i wanted to build some muscle. Ive always been skinny but alil toned even that i havnt really worked out alot in my life time! i really dont eat good stuff lol and sime times dont eat much at all but im tryn to eat more healther things. I really dont have time to workout much but yesterday i done 3 workouts and i was feeling it today but yea i would appreciate tha advice n i just learned i was an actomorph body type acouple days ago! THANKS MAN!
