I need some protein shakes, so please help me out

Arbonne vanilla/chocolate shakes are great... 180 calories 20mg protein.. I have two a day and its helping my definition especially on arms and legs

My protein shake recipe is 1 c whole milk, 3/4 of a banana, 2 scoops whey powder & 2 tbs natural peanut butter. I drnk the shakes 3x a day.

O yea, it has over 700 calories, so i dnt knw if u wanted to gain weight or not, but if not delete all ingredients n jus use water,,, hope i helped

Water or milk with protein powder. Now how hard was that hehe

I like a banana and a lil peanut butter with some chocolate protein, but calorically it becomes more of a meal than a shake

Yea, tht wat i use to n my shakes, but make sure ur peanut butter is natural
