Whats up guys, im trying to put on a little more size since i been out of lifting for a while with labrum surgery, im naturally born with a big chest so i dont need chest work and my shoulders are pretty big but could use a little work, my traps are small in comparison to the rest of my body, bis and tris could always use improvement, any help is appreciated thanks guys

Dumbell shrugs for your traps. When you do the shrug you hafta squeeze your traps to engage it. Biceps - standing barbell bicep curls. Concentration bicep curls. Triceps - tricep kickbacks. Barbell tricep overhead extension
