I want to gain muscle. I'm really skinny and even when I work out my muscles don't really "grow", just harden. I don't have much of a butt and my legs are thin. I want to grow both. Any diets, shakes and gym exercises I can do? I'd be very thankful.
Well if you're trying to build muscle, then yeah, heavy sets, trying to tone muscle, light sets. For your bum and legs, I suggest just the usual, squats and deadlifts but maybe give the rowing machine a go too
