People (mostly guys) I know working on upper body is cool and all but c'mon legs are just as or more important as arms and chest. I know everyone has seem a muscular people in their upper body but tiny looking legs right? You know why... Cause leg work is none existent for them. And I'm not bashing anyone if that's you I'm just saying don't neglect them. Besides you want those abs guess what helps those lower abs? Leg workouts! So don't skipping out on your legs.
