What are the best workouts to gain mass on chest using no equipment.

Its hard to gain mass without being able to up the resistance. What i would suggest for mass. Buy dumbels or a barbel with weights

How about losing fat from chest? Still push ups (and variations)? 
This is the most difficult part of myself for me to solidify and lose fat and i've starting to think I'm doing something wrong, now that its been more than month with no improvement.
