What are the best workout for those muscles help ;(

Single floor leg lifts, sumo squats, bridge (aka hip ups), and single floor leg lifts, planks with leg lifts, and the glute kickback combo are great for working out the gluteus medius and minus.
I found these exercises here and at ab-workouts-guide.com to put together my workout (Sexy Booty).

If you like try Thankful Thighs, Booty Bootcamp, Lucky Leggy Lower they're fun and challenging.
