Hey this is my first time on this app and it seems pretty good so I'm gunna test it out for a while. I'm basically trying to get to 11 stones (69kg or 154 pounds) so does any know how I can do this ? I wanna be healthy while gaining weight. I might be using this a lot as I found it quiet usefull so any motivation along the way would be helpful :)
Thanks but what do you mean by calories ? This may sound reli stupid but doesn't every food have calories in ?
