Hey this is my first time on this app and it seems pretty good so I'm gunna test it out for a while. I'm basically trying to get to 11 stones (69kg or 154 pounds) so does any know how I can do this ? I wanna be healthy while gaining weight. I might be using this a lot as I found it quiet usefull so any motivation along the way would be helpful :)

It's good that you've pointed out "being healthy" while gaining weight..this is really important. I'm underweight and my grandma used to stiff me till I get terrible stomach aches..and she'd give me everything unhealthy (e.g. Chocolates).. of course she meant no harm, but that did affect my poor body big time! =\ And I'm tryna repair things now, lol. Don't try to gain weight by consuming more fat (obviously!)..it's all about the calories. Do it one step at a time too and don't rush it, you may get strech marks if you do. Also, do loads of excersice..this will keep...

Thanks but what do you mean by calories ? This may sound reli stupid but doesn't every food have calories in ?
