How do you know ur body fat percentage?

You can use a bmi to find out your local gym should have one

You have to meassure it. 8 to 15 is healthy eventhough the number doesnt say all about your health. A too high number though clearly is not healthy.

A healthy percent is down 20% ... You can see a nutritionist if u want!

You can go online and it will ask for your measurements they are fairly accurate I'd use 1 or 2 websites and compare how close they were but it's just a way to track a number cause even if its wrong and you lower that number you still actually reduced whatever your actual percentage was.

I've read your abs become visible when you have <10% body fat, but I'm not sure if that's true. I have around 11% and they're not really visible, but when I lie down, they're just a bit visible... So idk

Free test at my gym. Mine are 10,5. I'm trying to Cut Down to 8-9 :)

1-5% is what's considered unhealthy having something to do with your body not having enough fat to support itself.
