Working out with a right arm cast?

Does anyone have any advice on keeping up with a cast on, I'm trying to minimize sweat and still stay in shape. I'd love some advice or ideas

Isometric exercises are done and static position for example a plank is isometric exercises for shoulders and chest. You can do very static positions to work different group of muscles without movement just holding the static position. I try to do one isometric session a week its really good way to get a good workout trying very static positions.
I sweat a lot so I still sweat during my isometric sessions just not nearly as much so most people don't sweat that much and get a good workout and limit the sweat factor
