I'm joining the armed forces and have a 8 week period too bulk up abit, main area I'm looking at is triceps and biceps... Ive got various weights at home but was wondering if anyone could advise me on how many reps and sets I need to do per day and for however many days... Thanks alot in advance :-)

The main thing that the military looks at when it come to physical training is endurance. Strength is important but you will have to meet or exceed expectations when it comes to push ups, sit ups and running. I will set me a goal with a time frame, and shoot for it. Weight will come with some good conditioning. Good luck... Hooaah!!!!
