You might also want to increase your protein intake. Drink a protein shake or eat a protein bar after you work out.

Put them under stress so they will adapt to the weight, eat right, and rest. Blood, tears and sweat.

Although you go 5 to 6 times you have to push your body, force blood into that muscle you are working. Give yourself a recovery and rest day to allow your body to heal and grow. Eat healthy calories burn less than you put in...
