Any1 kno axercise to qanq muscle fast with dumbbells

Main thing is u want to max urself out in 30 secs. If u can last beyond 30 secs in a set of 10-15 rep ull mostly build endurance instead of muscle. :-)

You can do dumbell curls. Tricep overhead extensions. Tricep kick backs. Hammer curls.

Well if you do the MMA/grappling exercises on here. There's ones specifically made for different parts of the body. Search in workouts for "MMA" or go on my page and look at the workouts I've liked and you'll see them

Well depends on how much you can manage. Do 3 sets of 10 repetitions of each exercise
