I just wanted to reach out to any figure competitors and see what your thoughts are about this app. I plan on using this for AM cardio options since I travel every week for my job and can do this in the hotel room. I did my first show last NOV and plan on doing the same one except winning this time!! I gained 20 lbs after bc I didn't do anything but eat...BAD foods! Back on track and hv lost over half of it. Have a new training plan and diet that I am actually loving. Anybody else use this for their AM cardio for HIIT training options?
I'm not a figure competitor, but I would love to be. I have all the self control and none of the time for it...How much time do you spend on training?
Good luck I haven't use to much of the workout here just for motivation I'm going to attend the show here in as and after that I may start training myself

SQUAT!!!! Lift heavy! Do deadlifts and youtube how to do them correctly bc you could hurt yourself. You're wasting your time if you are in the gym more than an hr. Leave there sweaty and worn out and you will see results. Google IIFYM and FOLLOW it! You can go to iffym.com to calculate your macros
An hr a day. Closer to prep time which is about 12 Weeks out I do HIIT Cardio in the am about 20 mins. Get a heart rate monitor to see how hard you're working
