Advice for losing weight in midsection

All my weight is in my midsection. Its always been that way for the last 10 years of my life. Some extra weight in my legs and arms but my midsection is my maon concern.
Any advice for certain workouts or exercises.
Help will be much appreciated (:

Healthy eating and cardio, cardio and more cardio. Then hit some full body weight training.

There is no way to lose fat only in a section of the body. You will need to get your body fat % age down that means cardio and full body as the person below suggested.
