Are you close to reaching your goal? How'd you do it? What advice do you have for others trying to reach the same goal?

Very,very quiet/close now, like Elmer Fudd chasing bugs bunny..but stymied by personal events.  Pushed back by about 3 weeks, but turns out to b a necessary stop in hindsight. Got to take em and roll with the necessary shiZz..Not a big thing or deal really, ill prolly end up adding 20 lbs on everything wit the time off in da weight room ..then it's all maintenance mode hopefully.:))Yessss!

My goal was to get big ripped muscles. I'm 50 percent there. If you really want to transform your body... You need to change your physiology and your focus. You need to make it your lifestyle. If you really want to Suceed you must push yourself. No one said it was going to be easy. If that was the case everyone would be walking around with great body's. if your Mind can Concieve it! And you can believe it than you can achieve it!
