In type 2 diabetes condition, your body does not able to create or use insulin well. Insulin is generally a hormone, which helps glucose to dig up into your cells for giving energy. Without insulin, excessive amount of glucose remain in your blood that lead to serious health problems in eyes, heart, kidneys and other body part too. Managing diabetes is not difficult, just you have to regularly monitor its level through test strips like present at http://www.ilexmedical.com/products.php?id=43 keep focus on healthy diet, physical activity and take prescribed medicines.
