Bueno pirmero hay muchos factores como tu genetica, alimentación y al diseño del plan de entrenamiento pues no todos funcionan lo mismo, te recomiendo un chequeo con ek medico nutricionista. Si quieres subir de pesos tienes que ingerir proteínas y un buen entrenamiento con cargas progresivas. Saludos, helman goodson entrenador personal.
