Hola, tengo 18 años y me gustaría que me recomendaran ejercicios que me ayuden a perder peso de manera uniforme, no soy una persona muy activa pero me gustaría poder empezar a ser un poco más saludable.

Hola Victoria. Hay un programa que se hace desde casa. Creo que va perfecto. Hay que ser constante eso si. Te va ayudar mucho como a mi. Un saludo.

si haces ejercicio te va a aumentar la masa muscular y si haces cardio, corres y vas con un nutriologo que indique tu dieta que maras grasa drmasiado rápido.
