¿ Que entrenamiento me recomendáis para prepararme, para comenzar a salí con la bici de montaña ?? Y quisiera saber si es necesario o imprescindible, hacer un calentamiento y/o un estiramiento antes y después ... ???

Mira yo trabajo con atletas de alto rendimiento, en este caso te recomiendo incluir a tu rutina semanal ejercicios propioceptivos de inestabilidad así como entrenamientos de fuerza y funcionales. Saludos
