Yo necesito perder peso,voy al gym y estoy viendo que estoy hasta subiendo..que hago?

Es normal que al principio se gane 1 ó 2 kg. Eso es porque la masa muscular está aumentando.
Lo que realmente importa en las primeras semanas es ser constante y olvidarse de la báscula. Llegará un momento, alrededor de la 8 semana, que la masa muscular comenzará a exigir una aceleración del metabolismo y, poco a poco comenzarán a eliminarse gramos de grasa, que es lo que realmente interesa.
