Hace dos semanas comenze a comer mas sano, es decir, elimine tortillas, harinas, refrescos,.consumo fruta, cereal, agua, atun,verduras, almendras, y hago ejercicio minimo 4 dias a la semana, pero la verdad no.noto muchos cambios en mi fisico por dentro claro que me siento mejor pero quisiera saber como aumentarle velocidad a esto.

Deberías realizar tus rutinas de cardio en ayunas eso ayuda a procesar las grasas el nivel de glucosa de la sangre está bajo en cuanto a la fruta debe consumirla solamente por las mañanas no debes realizar el consumo en las tardes,, espero todo valla bien saludos
