Hey, I used to do about an hour of cardio 5 days a week and weight training but due to uni and work I just haven't had time to go to the gym. I've now noticed after all this time of no exercise that my upper body strength has dwindled and well my thighs are larger than I'd prefer.
Any advice in general about this? Suggestions? Yoga or not I'm all ears :)
I hope someone actually reads this.
