I never tried yoga ever in my life but i tried it today omg it feels good but some poses are hard to do but they say that yoga is good for back pains & stuff :) im goin to try it for now on
Just keep going,even if it becomes hard..it will make you stronger,feel better..Yoga is great,ill do some poses as soon as I can
Yoga helped me soo much with back pain,helped me go through my school finals relatively sane and even helped me lose a bit of weight!
Is wonderful,when you advanced is very much interesting. You'll feel like you can walk in air

My weightloss has made me more flexible. for lack of better words, the junk in the trunk isnt in the way now. & yoga makes me feel really good about this flexibility! Helps get rid of stress and relax all my muscles too
