Stamina for a yoga enthusiast
I've been practicing yoga for almost a year now. I really enjoy stretching and flexibilty has never been a problem. I initially struggled with strength but ever since I started working out I noticed incredible improvements in my strength, but not my stamina. I try to swim as often as I can, I thought it was supposed to help with my stamina but it feels as if it doesn't. What are some exercises that can really help to increase my stamina?
Hey there! I've been practicing yoga for a about 6 months now. And I had the stamina problem too. I found HIIT training to be really effective. It drastically shortens your recovery time by making your body produce more red blood cells thereby delivering more oxygen to your muscles. So any type of high intensity cardio will help.

Hiking if you're into outdoor sport. Just remember to jog up the trails for a bit if it isn't hard enough :)
