So I've doing dance for around a year or so but I'm struggling to get oversplits because I know it's important... Any suggestions/help?
I am a dancer too. I don't have the splits yet but I know how to get an over split. Do your splits with one foot on top of something. I do it on my bed because it's quite low to the ground and doing an over spilt stretch helps get your splits flat too
I'm a dancer too! I have my oversplits though. Since u don't have ur split u should do butterfly , wide turned out legs and plie try to push ur thighs backwards. I got my split by watching and practicing a video from YouTube. I typed how to get splits in two weeks. After u have ur splits put ur front leg on a thing higher and do ur split. Eg. A step/stair. Hope this helps
