How to do handstands???

First start out lunge forward and place your hands on the ground. Then slightly kick up. Gradually push harder and harder till you can stay up on your hand for a few seconds. Then do the whole thing in one fluid motion. When you start to do it in a fluid motion you will no longer need to push hard or even at all. Hope this helped
