Really having a hard time with my hamstrings and hip flexibility. I've seen no improvement in 2 weeks working out and yoga 6 days a week help

You have to do some stretches, yoga or or Pilates and try to hold the poses for something like a minute or so. Do it on a regularly basis... goodluck
Hi! Silvie, Verified Trainer, here. Thank you for sharing your concerns. I also used to be stiff. I know it may sound cliche, but persistance and patience is the key. Let me share that it took me 10 years to actually do a full spilt. However, don't be discouraged. Everytime you do yoga and stretch, your muscles register it. They relax and become more supple even if you can't 'see' it. Be consistent, breathe deeply and try to stay in the pose for 5 deep breaths. Please keep me posted about your journey!
