Considering my schedule is so hetic I always make time for some yoga before bed.

The yoga that I have tried was p90x and it was a bit difficult. If you could pick one from this site, what would you recommend as a before bed yoga routine.

I used to think yoga was just for women and laugh at it. Now I'm happy to do it to help stretch and just relax, especially after a heavier workout.

I love yoga too.   I mostly go to a power yoga studio near me.   I wish I could get there more!   Thinking of trying yogaglo - online yoga classes.

Yoga is for everyone for sure!!!

Its the best thing for unwinding! Helps balance, strength and flexibility but at the same time is so relaxing! How can you not love it!

Even made a routine on here that I like to do.
