Hey guys, I just started doing yoga daily. It about to be a week every morning. My question is I want to know how many time you can practice yoga in a day? I want to see result quick

Consistency is key. You can practice yoga 100 a day you won't see results any quicker. In fact, over doing Any exercise only leaves you prone to injury. Once maybe twice a day morning and night is sufficient

Hi Mercedes, you can do yoga as often as you want to as long as you don't push too hard. Warm up properly and then hold the stretch for a minute or so. But, again, don't push too hard, just hold it and breathe deeply.
