Flexibility in front of upper leg

How can I dramatically improve flexibility in tight quads and hip flexors? I am really open in the hamstrings and almost everywhere else except this area. I can do full hanuman (splits) but I lean forward due to this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you ever tried a foam roller? Great for targeting specific areas. Breaks up tissue in your muscles that have fused together over time. Hurts like hell though. Need to relax and breathe through the pain.
