What do you think about yoga and dance streches? Would you be able to tell me good workout to improve my flexibility? Share tips for dancers and ballerinas. :))

Hi Margarita, great request! I've started a collection "Yoga for Flexibility" that you can follow. It starts with stretching the hips and legs. I'll be adding more workouts to this collection soon. Stay tuned!
