Yoga for Powerlifting

I'm in the middle of starting some powerlifting and have been doing some yoga plans here but they're getting a little boring. I really don't know much at all about yoga but would like to incorporate it into my routine to improve flexibility and tone muscle. Does anyone have any tips or routines I can start with? How does a typical yoga routine work? Do you write it out yourself? Anything would be great!
