Degenerative disk disease

I have severe lumbar degenerative disk disease and facet arthritis. Was hoping someone could tell me what type of yoga is better to ease the pain and inflammation? Google is so broad I can't narrow down an answer. :/

tai chi is probably a better choice.

the fitness ball should be your best friend, great for you: water aerobics/ as far as yoga: try Yin Yoga, Moderate Vinayasa Flow, i have a collection of stretches and restorative yoga that also may be of help to you (on my page in collection). Take turmeric (anti-inflammatory)/collagen daily, also highly beneficial: bone broth/Vit D/C/hyaloronic acid & frequent epsom salt baths. low carb diet/ get your adrenals checked if sufficient cortisol production/O3s/probiotics to restore gut health as much of your problem is gut related due to insufficient intake of vit & minerals/avoid GMO foods/gluten/wheat, use coconut oil vs canola etc....
