Lol there's more out there, theyre just hiding. I like yoga for the connection between mind and body. The sense of presence in the now. It's just soothing. O yea, its focus on overall wellness

I use pocket yoga and daily yoga
absolutely, I think yoga brings me a clear mind and makes me feel relaxing. I get a much clear insight to the world by exercising yoga. That's why I never give it up.

Newbie! I'm also doing Zen meditation :) I love the mind body connection I feel when I practice meditation as well as yoga.
meditation is harder than asana performing in my opinion.
I agree, the more practices with asanas, the better results we can get from meditation. Exactly, they are connected!
