How do I increase back flexibility?

I am a cheerleader and I need my back to be more flexible so I can hold my needle! Any suggestions?

T try yoga :-) camel pose , wheel pose , cobra pose

Well everyday ,strech your body and do some yoga xD.It really useful xD

yoga and specially twists are good for you

Yoga, hands down the best thing you can do. It'll add flexibility and strength at the same time.

Dynamic stretches and mobilizes(same a a dynamic stretch but less movement)
