How do I increase back flexibility?

I am a cheerleader and I need my back to be more flexible so I can hold my needle! Any suggestions?

Yoga, hands down the best thing you can do. It'll add flexibility and strength at the same time.

Dynamic stretches and mobilizes(same a a dynamic stretch but less movement)
