I want to start a program on it , i think i just might. How many of you do yoga ?!!!! It seems like your body would feel great after a sesion ! 😄

I tried doing yoga at the gym and it just didn't work for me. I'll try doing it on my own instead😄

I've done a yoga workout on here. It's not easy for beginners, like myself, but I can see how it's relaxing.I liked it, it just worked my body😊

Ruth R - from the main screen tap Workouts. On the top there are tabs like Browse or Filter. Tap Browse, scroll down a bit and there is a category for Yoga

Here I am doing yoga exercise in my daily workout routine.

I give a few minutes i.e 30 minutes daily to this yoga workout to get better health and fitness in return.

You should start this yoga workout plan if you want improvement in your physical and mental health.
