Good morning, fit family!! What's your favorite routine when you wake up in the morning to get you started?

I go for running for 30 mins followed by an hour workout at gym

I have a yoga routine i swear by, works better than coffee every time, only a few minutes too. Least favorite, making that first move to drag my butt out of bed...

Make sure to read through the instructions first, because i made most of them myself the trainer doesn't read them.

My morning workout routine consists morning walk and some cardio exercises.

I spends 30 minutes daily in my morning cardio workout routine to improve my fitness level & body strength and to fight against various diseases.
