Real work outs not fake.

I do all of 'em! I mean what would even be the point of fakin 'em right? ...

you have to change it up with the targeted areas you wanna do. if you do the entire body at once you plateu faster. do a different area (arms, abs, legs, chest) everyday. then once you have done all areas rest a day then when start back off by doin all areas before you kick a mixed up routine again.

I do every one.  What's the point of cheating on them? Yeah some people log individual exercises rather than complete workouts but that's their choice.  My workout count is actually a little under the actual number i have done.

I might not have a lot of points on here but I actually hit tge gym and do thai boxing six times a week.  Its pointless getting vthis app if your not gonna work out. The ppl who do this are just letting themselves dwn
